All payments must be made, and full balance must be secured by February 14th 2025.

2. Students are responsible for providing their own model. 

3. The maximum occupancy for this course is 9 students.

4. During the registration process, submit your name the way you would like it to appear on your certificate.

COURSE POLICIES:

1. The Kit does not include the machine. You must bring your own machine (that has the lowest speed). 

2. Participants must hold an Oklahoma Medical Micropigmentation License or can provide proof that they’re currently enrolled in an OSDH approved training program.

3. Please email a photo of yourself to ashli@ashlik.com after your registration is complete.

4. Class begins promptly at 10:00 am but students must arrive at 9:30 am on the first day of the course for check in. Please note that the remaining cost of the course must be paid by February 14th 2025 via:

5. In the event of a natural disaster, the course is not guaranteed. Students willl be notified immediately and further information will be communicated.

6. Reschedules or cancellations are accepted up to 3 weeks prior to the course to qualify for credit to a future course.
